Q: What if I want to change something in the completed model?
A: You can contact us even after you've paid, we can take the model back and make any necessary corrections.

Q: I want to do a presentation, how big can the rendered images be?
A: The images can be up to 16 megapixels if necessary (..which is big, very big.)

Q: Is it possible to receive the files online?
A: Yes, if you'd rather receive the files online then we can provide you with links to download them.

Q: I haven't got any architects plans, can you work from my own drawings?
A: We can work from your drawings and sketches, but the model will only be as accurate as the information given.

Q: Do you do interior design?
A: No, we don't do original interior design work, but if you have design ideas that you'd like to model, we can help.

Q: What is the viewer for?
A: The viewing program is simple and powerful tool that allows you to freely explore your own virtual model.

Q: How accurate are the models?
A: Our models are accurate to 1/4".
