How it Works

Firstly we need some plans or drawings from you, the more accurate the better, as well as a simple design brief. Within a short period you will receive a quotation for your project and our terms.

Once you have confirmed your acceptance, we require a deposit of 25% of the total quote in advance. The turn around time will typically be between 5 and 10 days, depending on the size and complexity of your idea.

To ensure you're satisfied throughout this time, we will send you screen shots of the work in progress. At any stage feel free to contact us with your queries or suggestions.

When the work's finished, you will receive an email with payment instructions and a link to some sample illustrations, giving you an idea of the finished model.

Once payment is received, you will get a package within a few days with a USB memory stick containing your illustrations, floor plans and the virtual model file and model viewer. If you'd also like to have hard copies of the illustrations and floor plans, we can arrange this for you.

The viewing program will also allow you to explore your model freely using simple controls. Clear instructions are provided and if you need additional help please don't hesitate to contact us.

Alternatively if you prefer, we can make your files available for download online, giving you the quickest access to your completed project files.
